Alternative Herbal Products (P) Ltd. (AHP) well-known branding of products and engaged in Nepal as a Social Corporate Responsible (CSR) company. Since 1998 it has been engaging in the trade of Nepalese herbs, spices and essential oils, food supplementary organic and halal certified products. Community-based trade is a fundamental principle of AHP business. AHP outsources most of the herbs/ingredients to prepare the products from primary groups/ producers of Nepal. 

AHP has a trading relationship with Primary producer groups as it provides a fair price for raw materials, other inputs, and wages. 

Alternative Herbal Products (AHP) was awarded by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in 2011, received the Surya Nepal Asha Social Entrepreneurship Award in 2012 and awarded by Government of Nepal Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. It was also recognized by the Department of Plant Resources (DPR) in 2014. 

AHP is a member of the Sustainable Bio Trade Group of Nepal.
