What are your packaging options and minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

We offer high-quality packaging to ensure product freshness and safety:

Spices: Packed in 20–25 KG silver aluminum foil laminated plain paper bags (MOQ: 20–25 KG, depending on the spice).

Essential Oils: Available in aluminum bottles (500 ml, 1 KG, 5 KG, 10 KG, 20 KG). MOQ: 500 ml.

Chiuri Butter: Packed in 20 KG food-grade plastic buckets with lids. MOQ: 20 KG.

Natural Products:

Yarsagumba: MOQ 500 GM (food-grade containers with lids).

Shilajit: MOQ 1 KG (aluminum bottles with cap and inner plug).

Morel Mushroom: MOQ 5 KG (silver aluminum foil bag)

Other Natural Products: MOQ 20 KG (silver aluminum foil laminated plain paper bags).

Can I request custom packaging?

Yes, we can discuss custom packaging options for bulk orders. Contact us for details.

Do you provide samples for quality testing?

Yes! We offer 200 GM samples for spices/natural products and 15 ml bottles for essential oils for lab analysis.

Who covers the shipping cost for samples?

The client is responsible for the shipping cost. Cost for samples are free depending on the products.

How far in advance should I place a bulk order?

For orders below 500 KG, we process them based on stock availability. For larger quantities, advance booking is required at least before 3 months of the harvesting seasons.

What are your payment terms?

To comply with customs and banking regulations:

100% T/T payment required.

Where should payments be made?

All payments must be made directly to our company's bank account. 

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide both FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) pricing options. Our team will help you select the best shipping method for your needs.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Shipped within 1 - 2 months, depending on season and availability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
